Understanding the challenges of relocating to a new country, our doctors provide compassionate, patient-centred care and guidance to support patients and their families through their healthcare journey.Our diverse team of medical professionals brings experience from North America, Europe, Australia and Asia, enabling us to provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Paediatrician at IMC, you will be responsible for:Providing specialised paediatric care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults.Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions in children and adolescents.Prescribing and administering appropriate treatments, vaccinations and preventive healthcare services.Advising patients, parents and guardians on nutrition, development, hygiene, lifestyle habits and disease prevention.Delivering evidence-based and patient-centred care to a diverse international patient population.Maintaining accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.Collaborating with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals when required.Participating in health promotion, educational and community engagement initiatives within Singapore's international expatriate community.Job RequirementsThe successful candidate should possess the following:Fully registered Paediatrician with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).Accredited Specialist Paediatrician recognised by the Specialist Accreditation Board (SAB) and listed on the Register of Specialists with the Singapore Medical Council.At least 5 years of experience as a fully registered Specialist Paediatrician.Sound experience in a private practice setting.Strong clinical knowledge and experience in managing infants, children and adolescents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.A compassionate, patient-focused approach to healthcare delivery.Postgraduate qualifications that complement paediatric practice will be an advantage.Experience supervising Conditionally Registered Doctors will be an advantage.Fluency in additional languages will be an advantage.
