Company: EvikNova Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ yearsEvikNova is seeking an experienced, hands-on Paid Advertising & SEO Manager to drive qualified business registrations, organic growth, and measurable acquisition results across global markets.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Own campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, retargeting, and cost-per-acquisition performance.Develop and execute technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO strategies.Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and landing-page analysis.Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, advertising pixels, and reporting dashboards.Report weekly on spend, qualified leads, registrations, conversion rates, SEO performance, and corrective actions.Work closely with Content, Communications, Visual Production, and Growth teams.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of direct paid advertising and SEO experience.Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets across multiple platforms.Documented results generating qualified leads, registrations, or revenue—not impressions and clicks alone.Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS, AI, technology, or enterprise marketing.Advanced understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, funnels, analytics, and campaign optimization.Strong ownership, communication, and deadline management.Application RequirementApplicants must submit a CV and examples of campaigns personally managed, including budget, strategy, cost per lead/acquisition, conversion results, and SEO growth achieved.
