Paid Ads Associate

We are looking for a Paid Ads Associate to support our marketing team in improving campaign performance and driving business growth through data-driven decisions.What You'll DoMonitor Campaign Performance: Track and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across channels, including Google, to identify areas for improvement.Analyze Data: Interpret campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.Conduct A/B Testing: Test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to determine what works best.Prepare Performance Reports: Present campaign results, highlight key findings, and recommend optimization strategies.Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.Keep Learning: Stay informed about digital marketing developments, tools, and industry best practices.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Paid Ads/ Performance MarketingDirect experience working inside Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads ManagerStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.Good communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.About FlowerStore.phFlowerStore Group operates in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand and is a leading gifting e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.
