Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm based in North West London. This role is ideal for someone with previous legal experience who is looking to build on their existing skills and take the next step in their career.Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, the successful candidate will assist with a range of conveyancing matters, supporting the team throughout the transaction process and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting licences and supporting legal documentationPreparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsManaging pre- and post-completion processes efficientlyCoordinating property searches and handling associated documentationActing as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third partiesMaintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems

Key Requirements
