Commercial Property ParalegalService Care Solutions is working with a respected law firm, based in Dorset, which is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their experience within commercial property.

Location: DorsetSalary: £27,000 to £28,000

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.Assisting with the drafting and preparation of contracts, leases, licences and other property-related documents, as appropriate to your experience.Liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress transactions.
