Paralegal - Investment ManagementUS Law Firm, Blackfriars, £55,000A well-established US firm with a strong investment management practice, looking for a Paralegal to join a busy and supportive team advising fund managers and institutional investors.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Supporting associates and partners on fund formation, from first drafts through to closings
• Preparing and reviewing fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements, subscription documents and side letters
• Managing investor onboarding and KYC processes, and tracking closing checklists
• Setting up and maintaining data rooms and keeping matter records organised
• Assisting with regulatory filings and carrying out legal and market researchWHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
• Paralegal experience in investment management, funds or financial services, ideally at a US or international firm
• Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting and organisational skills
• Confident managing multiple deadlines on fast-moving transactions
