We are seeking an experienced Specialist Pathologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining and interpreting laboratory specimens, diagnosing diseases, and providing accurate diagnostic reports to support clinical decision-making and patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesExamine and interpret tissue samples, blood specimens, and other biological materialsPerform diagnostic assessments and prepare accurate pathology reportsSupport the diagnosis of cancers, infections, hematological disorders, and other diseasesInterpret histopathology, cytology, and other relevant laboratory findingsCollaborate with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and laboratory teamsEnsure accuracy and quality in diagnostic testing and reportingParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical case discussionsMaintain proper documentation and follow established laboratory quality standardsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in PathologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in diagnostic pathology, specimen interpretation, and report preparationStrong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
