Employment Type: Full-timeJoining: Immediate preferredSalary: Competitive, based on experienceAbout the Role -Omjee's Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to independently plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.You'll work on film releases, OTT projects, music campaigns, YouTube channel growth, and brand marketing initiatives, managing campaigns from strategy and audience targeting to execution, optimization, and performance reporting.Key Responsibilities -Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display, Demand Gen), and Snapchat Ads.Execute performance marketing campaigns for film releases, OTT launches, music promotions, YouTube growth, and brand projects.Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.Develop and execute lead generation, video views, engagement, awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.Set up and manage conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and retargeting campaigns.Monitor key performance metrics, including CPM, CPC, CPV, CTR, CPL, and conversions.Prepare campaign reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights using Excel, Looker Studio, and advertising platform analytics.Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop and test effective ad creatives.Requirements -1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen campaigns, and Snapchat Ads.Proven experience independently setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns with real advertising budgets.Experience running lead generation, video promotion, awareness, and conversion campaigns.Good understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.Ability to analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and budget tracking.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Good to Have -Prior experience managing advertising campaigns for films, OTT platforms, music labels, entertainment brands, or media companies.Understanding of Punjabi language, cinema, music, and regional audience behaviour.Familiarity with Looker Studio, Meta Conversions API, and advanced conversion tracking.Google Ads or Meta advertising certifications.A portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign budgets, performance metrics, and results.What We Offer -Opportunity to work on major film, OTT, music, and entertainment marketing campaigns.Hands-on ownership of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.Exposure to diverse projects, audiences, and digital marketing strategies.A collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth.To ApplySend your CV along with details of campaigns you've managed (platforms, budgets, and key results) to:ashutosh@omjeegroup.comkhushi@omjeegroup.comSubject: Job Application - Performance Marketing Executive
