The founding team has built household-name Ayurveda brands before and brings deep experience in brand building, technology, and investing.We want young, sharp marketers who live inside Ads Manager, think in hooks and tests, leverage AI tools, and want to own real budgets and real numbers early in their career.The mandateAcquire customers profitably on Meta and Google, convert them on our website, and scale.WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, launch, and run Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube) campaigns for our D2C website.
• Own the numbers: spend, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue growth.
• Run constant tests: audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and bundles. Kill fast, scale what works.
• Set up and maintain tracking: Pixel + CAPI, GA4, GTM, Shopify, UTMs. Make sure every rupee is measurable.
• Improve website conversions with landing pages, product page changes, checkout fixes, and A/B tests.
• Work with the creative strategist on what is working and what to make next, based on data.
• Stay within ad policies for health and wellness products on Meta and Google and within ASCI guidelines.MUST HAVE
• 2–5 years of hands-on campaigns (built and run) on Meta and Google (in-house or freelance).
• Has personally managed monthly ad spends for a D2C/e-commerce brand; can explain results.
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI, and Shopify.
• Strong with numbers and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini).GOOD TO HAVE
• Wellness, beauty, or personal-care D2C experience.
• Amazon Ads / Seller Central and quick commerce ads (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
• CRO tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO), landing page builders, and Klaviyo/WhatsApp marketing tools.Why this is a good move for you
