Performance Marketing SpecialistLead GenerationDubai UAERabdan Developments is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to generate qualified property enquiries and improve the performance of digital campaigns. You will manage paid advertising, optimize the journey from ad click to sales follow-up, and use AI tools in your daily workflow to improve testing, analysis and execution.Key responsibilities

• Paid lead generation. Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for property projects and launches. Develop audience, keyword and retargeting strategies that attract relevant buyers and investors.
• Campaign optimization. Monitor budgets, bids, targeting and creative performance. Test and refine campaigns to improve cost per qualified lead and conversion rates, using lead quality and sales feedback alongside platform metrics.
• Tracking and conversion. Coordinate landing page improvements, conversion tracking and CRM lead capture. Check that enquiries reach the sales team with the information needed for timely follow-up.
• AI assisted testing. Use practical AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to develop ad copy, creative variations and test ideas. Review outputs for accuracy, brand consistency and campaign relevance.
• Reporting and sales alignment. Report on spend, qualified leads and campaign outcomes. Work with sales and creative teams to identify effective messages, improve lead handling and guide the next round of campaign decisions.Experience and skills
• Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, run structured tests and explain how optimizations improve lead quality.
• Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, landing pages and CRM lead workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for copywriting, creative testing, analysis or campaign productivity.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across marketing and sales.
