WDP Jets Aviation is hiring a Personal Stylist & Beautician for the Office of the CEO.This is a close-trust, private-client role combining wardrobe styling, beauty and grooming, personal shopping and travel preparation. The CEO's calendar moves between business meetings, official engagements, private events and international travel, often at short notice. Your role is to ensure she is impeccably prepared and presented for every occasion, in Dubai and abroad.We are looking for someone polished, discreet and proactive, who anticipates needs before they are voiced and takes pride in every detail.WHAT YOU WILL DOWardrobe & StylingCurate, organise and maintain the CEO's wardrobe, including ready-to-wear, couture, footwear, handbags, fine jewellery and accessories⁠Style complete looks for business meetings, official engagements, social events and travel, in line with dress codes and cultural protocol⁠Keep a digital wardrobe inventory and plan seasonal updatesOversee garment care: dry cleaning, laundry, steaming, storage, repairs and alterations⁠Maintain an organised, ready-to-use dressing areaBeauty & GroomingProvide hands-on services within your expertise: hair styling, nails, makeup, facials and skincarePrepare day, evening and event looksProvide relaxation massage where professionally qualified⁠Maintain and replenish beauty products, skincare and professional toolsCoordinate specialist treatments with trusted external professionalsPersonal ShoppingBuild relationships with client advisors at luxury maisons, boutiques and ateliers⁠Arrange private appointments, fittings and made-to-measure ordersSource fashion, beauty and personal essentials in line with the CEO's taste and upcoming calendarManage purchases, returns, exchanges and deliveries, obtaining approval before every purchaseKeep accurate records of purchases, receipts and expensesPersonal Assistance & TravelCoordinate the daily beauty, grooming and styling scheduleBook salons, spas, fittings and wellness appointmentsWork closely with the CEO's Personal Assistant on schedules, events and travelPack and unpack luggage, with complete looks planned for every occasion on the itineraryAccompany the CEO on international trips, managing wardrobe, beauty and on-the-ground preparationRun personal errands, collections and deliveries across DubaiWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR3+ years in a beauty, styling or private-client role, such as beautician, beauty therapist, makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist or personal shopperHands-on skills in one or more of: hair styling, nails, makeup, facials and skincareStrong eye for luxury fashion and styling for business, formal and Gulf settings⁠Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent garment care and wardrobe management⁠Valid UAE driving licence (essential)Flexibility for evenings, weekends and international travel at short notice⁠Professional English. Arabic and/or French is an advantage⁠Absolute discretion.
