Join Our Growing Team at Reem HospitalReem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and patient counseling.Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.Review prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.Provide patients with professional counseling regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage requirements.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards.Participate in medication management initiatives and patient education programs.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.Valid DOH License as a Pharmacist or eligibility to obtain one.Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication management practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Arabic language proficiency is preferred.Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
