Pharmacist

We’re seeking a Pharmacist with strong clinical judgment, a meticulous approach, and a commitment to personalized patient care. Supporting longevity and metabolic health therapies, you’ll collaborate with prescribers and pharmacy technicians to deliver safe, accurate medication services and maintain compliant pharmacy operations.Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 8:30pm-7am. Off Thursday - SaturdayJob DescriptionEvaluate prescriptions for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Dispense medications accurately while upholding applicable legal, safety, and quality standards.Counsel patients on proper medication use, dosing, potential side effects, side effect management, and treatment adherence.Work with prescribers to support treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Support adherence to USP 795/797 standards and participate in quality assurance initiatives.Guide and mentor pharmacy technicians on pharmacy procedures and best practices.Keep current with relevant clinical research and changes to compounding guidelines.Job RequirementsDoctor of Pharmacy degree and an active, unrestricted pharmacist license.Working knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines.Exceptional attention to detail and a patient-focused approach.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.Ability to commute to West Central site in FloridaExperience in a compounding pharmacy setting.Familiarity with weight management protocols or metabolic health therapies.
