You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care while leading and developing a high-performing team.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and developing dispensary staffEnsuring safe, accurate and compliant dispensing practicesDriving vaccinations, professional services and health programsSupporting community healthcare initiativesMonitoring dispensary performance and financial outcomesManaging inventory, compliance and operational standardsMaintaining QCPP and regulatory requirementsDelivering exceptional customer and patient experiencesAbout You To be successful in this role, you will possess:Current AHPRA registration as a PharmacistPrevious pharmacy leadership or management experienceStrong people leadership and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesCommercial awareness and business acumenStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsA passion for patient care and community health outcomesWhy Apply?This role offers more than day-to-day pharmacy management.
