Tailor my CV for this job — freeHiring: Phosphate OperatorWe Are Hiring | Phosphate Operator | Manufacturing IndustryWe are looking for an experienced Phosphate Operator to manage and operate phosphating line processes for metal surface treatment, ensuring quality, corrosion resistance, and proper coating adhesion.If you have hands-on experience in phosphating operations, chemical bath maintenance, and metal surface finishing, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.Job Title - Phosphate OperatorKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor phosphating lines for metal treatment before painting or coating.Maintain chemical bath parameters, including temperature, pH, and concentration.Monitor bath life, replenishment, filtration, and sludge removal.Ensure proper cleaning, immersion timing, and treatment sequence for corrosion resistance and coating adhesion.Perform routine quality inspections and document process parameters.Monitor bath temperatures, agitation, and rinse stages.Maintain tanks, sensors, and process equipment.Handle chemicals safely and ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures.Report process deviations and maintain quality standards.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Vocational training in chemical processing or surface finishing preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Phosphate Operator.Knowledge of phosphating chemicals, bath maintenance, and chemical handling.Familiarity with MSDS/SDS documentation.Basic understanding of quality control, process documentation, and process control.Knowledge of PPE, spill management, and chemical waste disposal.Job Details
