The lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical physiotherapy instruction aligned with DHA standards and institutional curricula. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures and clinical demonstrations, supervising student practice sessions, and assessing student performance through examinations and assignments. The role also involves updating course materials, contributing to academic planning, mentoring students in professional development, and participating in departmental meetings and quality assurance activities. Collaboration with clinical partners and staying current with evidence-based physiotherapy practices are key expectations.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practice, with the ability to teach both theory and clinical application.Demonstrated experience in academic teaching, curriculum delivery, student assessment, and education methodology within healthcare or allied health programs.Valid or eligibility for DHA licensure/registration as a Physiotherapist or equivalent, with strong familiarity with regional healthcare regulations and standards.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support an inclusive classroom environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related discipline; additional teaching certifications or pedagogical training are an advantage.Proficiency in clinical supervision, documentation, and use of digital tools or learning management systems to support teaching and assessment.Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, clinical staff, and administration, demonstrating professional ethics, reliability, and organizational skills.Previous experience in the UAE or GCC healthcare or education sector is preferred, along with ongoing commitment to continuing professional development.Salary 7k
