Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.Monitor production progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.Optimize inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.Support customer order execution and respond to unplanned production requirements.Improve production planning processes and promote best practices in SAP systems.Maintain accurate planning records and production documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.2–4 years of experience in production planning within the switchgear manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.Experience working with SAP and production planning systems.Ability to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
