📍 Trebišov, Slovakia | 🏭 Manufacturing Leadership | 💼 Full-timeWe're looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Trebišov manufacturing site through its next phase of growth and transformation.This is not just a Plant Manager role - it's an opportunity to:Take full responsibility for a growing manufacturing operation.Lead the expansion and modernization of the Trebišov site.Coordinate the transfer of new machinery, technologies and production lines.Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.Act as statutory Managing Director and represent adapa Slovakia.Shape the future of one of adapa Group's strategic production locations.What you'll doLead all plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Site Support functions.Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, OEE and Cost.Build a strong culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.Lead site expansion activities, infrastructure projects and production ramp-ups.Coordinate machinery installation, commissioning and production transfers from other locations.Develop organizational capabilities and succession pipelines to support future growth.Manage budgets, operating costs and investment initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.What we're looking forSignificant experience in Plant Management, Operations Management or senior manufacturing leadership.Proven responsibility for Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Operational Performance.Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.Experience with plant expansion, greenfield/brownfield projects, machinery installation or production transfers.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build engaged and high-performing teams.Commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting and cost management.Fluent Slovak and English.Why join usOpportunity to shape the future of a growing manufacturing site.Lead major investment, transfer and expansion projects.High-impact role with real decision-making authority.International environment within a leading European packaging group.Opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the organization and its future development.Compensation & Start DateSalary: Competitive package reflecting the seniority and scope of the role.Start date: By agreement👉 Interested?
