The role is responsible for overall Plant Efficiencies, Production Targets, Production Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance, Labour budgets and Plant Engineering in this custom built made to order metal fabrication. The job is located in Belleville - Trenton, ON area and will require 5 days on site. Some relocation assistance can be provided for GTA / Ottawa moves.Lead processes in CNC, Cutting, Bending Welding custom metal fabricationCustom Fabrication Batch Production Process Ability to read drawings .Manage plant P&L Responsible for overall plant operations on time delivery, labour budget, Material and cell availabilityCoach mentor and manage performance of team leaders, write / revise SOPs and Best Practices in the metal fabrication plant.
