Platform / Administration Lead (Informatica, MinIO, Denodo & Linux)Location: Riyadh, KSA (Onsite)Required Date: 25th October 20266 Month Contact Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Platform/Admin Lead to spearhead the deployment, configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of our enterprise data infrastructure. In this role, you will own the stability, security, and performance of our core data stack—featuring Informatica, MinIO, and Denodo—running on enterprise Linux environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Deployment & Architecture: Lead end-to-end installation, configuration, clustering, and upgrades for Informatica, MinIO object storage, and Denodo Data Virtualization platforms.Linux System Administration: Manage, tune, and secure Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) servers, ensuring high availability, resource optimization, and compliance with security baselines.Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks, memory/CPU issues, network latency, and connectivity challenges across the data pipeline.Security & Access Control: Implement and maintain robust identity and access management (IAM), SSL/TLS certificates, firewall rules, LDAP/Active Directory integration, and encryption standards.Automation & Monitoring: Develop automation scripts (Bash/Python) for deployments and routine maintenance; configure proactive monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design, test, and execute backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies for platform metadata, object storage, and integration nodes.Required Technical Skills & Experience1.1.1 Core Technical StackLinux Administration: Deep expertise in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu), kernel tuning, storage management (LVM/NFS), and network troubleshooting (tcpdump, netstat, iptables).Denodo Platform: Hands-on experience installing, configuring, clustering, and administering Denodo Data Virtualization, including VDP server management, security roles, and resource pooling.MinIO Object Storage: Proven experience deploying and managing high-performance distributed MinIO object storage, configuring erasure coding, bucket policies, and S3 API integrations.Informatica: Experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS Secure Agent nodes), managing domains, repositories, application services, and integration service nodes.1.1.2 Infrastructure & ToolingNetworking & Security: Solid grasp of enterprise networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancers, reverse proxies like NGINX/HAProxy) and SSL/TLS certificate management.Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating administrative tasks.Containerization & Cloud (Preferred): Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).1.1.3 Experience Level5+ years of experience in enterprise platform administration, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles.3+ years of specific hands-on experience supporting data integration, data virtualization, or large-scale storage environments.Demonstrated track record of leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional data engineering and architecture teams.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications in Red Hat Linux (RHCE), Denodo Administration, or cloud platforms.Experience integrating platforms with enterprise monitoring and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Ansible).
