Sales Executive – Fleet (Riyadh)

About Dabt Dabt is a Saudi technology company that helps commercial fleets run smarter. Our product, Dabt – the operating system for fleets, combines GPS tracking, weight, temperature and fuel sensors, dashcams, and remote controls on a single platform. We built it from scratch in-house in Riyadh. Our headquarters are in Riyadh, we have sales offices in Jeddah and Dammam, and we’re growing fast.The role We’re hiring two Sales Executives at our Riyadh headquarters to bring Dabt to fleet operators across Riyadh and the Central Region. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with our Customer Success team so every new client gets off to a strong start.What you’ll doFind and qualify new business in logistics, transport, cold chain, construction, distribution, and other fleet-heavy sectors in Riyadh and the Central RegionRun discovery meetings and product demos, and turn customer needs into subscription and hardware solutionsPrepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close dealsKeep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM, and hit monthly and quarterly targetsHand new accounts over to Customer Success, and find opportunities to grow existing clientsShare market and competitor insights with the product and leadership teamsWhat we’re looking for5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, telematics, IoT, logistics, or tech solutionsA proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAn existing network among fleet operators in Riyadh and the Central RegionFamiliarity with GPS tracking or fleet management systemsFluency in Arabic and EnglishConfidence presenting to operations managers and business ownersSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environmentBased in Riyadh or willing to relocateA valid Saudi driving license (required)Why DabtUncapped commission at 2.5x the market rate.
