PMC Engineer (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) / Saudi National

Job SummaryA confidential organization is seeking qualified Saudi Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers to join its PMC projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will support project delivery, technical reviews, site supervision, contractor coordination, and compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor construction and engineering activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of project works.Identify technical issues, assess project risks, and coordinate corrective actions.Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and progress updates.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Discipline-Specific RequirementsCivil EngineerExperience in civil, structural, infrastructure, or building construction works.Knowledge of construction supervision, technical drawing reviews, and quality inspections.Electrical EngineerExperience in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and related installations.Knowledge of electrical drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes.Mechanical EngineerExperience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, or other relevant mechanical systems.Knowledge of mechanical installations, technical submittals, and inspection procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.Previous PMC or engineering consultancy experience is required.Strong technical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Saudi Council of Engineers registration, as applicable.
