PondMedics Family of Brands Director — Fountain Freedom
PondMedics · Prosper, TX
Tailor my CV for this job — freePondMedics Family of Brands, is a 24-year-old family business whose purpose is to give life to surface and storm water and the people it supports. We welcome you! The PondMedics Family of Brands includes Simple Pond Care, PondCure, dredgeSMART, Fountain Freedom, AquaInject, and includes our function as a registered civil engineering company. We operate our business as a ministry, meaning our impact is not only inside PondMedics, but to our entire sphere of influence outside the company’s walls as well. We give and serve inside and outside the business. We are stewards to what we’ve been entrusted. We perform with excellence and care for people through our PondMedics CARES program. Each of our team members are personally active and contribute to the unique giving opportunities we participate in.We deliver client success through always-on, healthy water — our sweet spot. Fountain Freedom is our subscription floating-fountain and aeration brand, delivered as Fountains-as-a-Service (FaaS): customers never buy the equipment, we own it, monitor it remotely, and guarantee it — if a customer’s fountain is down more than 7 days in a month, they don’t pay for that month. Each of the brands within the PondMedics Family of Brands is designed to ensure excellent client care. If you want to belong to a team that achieves daily success, this company is a great fit for you. This role is essentially a promise-keeper role. Fountain Freedom promises its customers water in the air, or they don’t pay, and you are the leader who builds and protects the team that keeps that promise. Own the guarantee. Build the team. Grow the brand. You make sure every account is onboarded well, every route runs on time, and every customer renews and the business grows. This key leadership role within Fountain Freedom reports directly to the Integrator and is for a person who is hungry to build and lead an early-stage, route-based field service team — paving the path for our FaaS model to reach more properties and more people. This is a new concept to the Pond and Lake Management industry so we are looking for a leader who can build and grow a still-early-stage operation, not simply maintain one that’s already mature. A person with experience organizing, leading and growing early-stage route-based field services — including inventory systems, technician training and route management — is a must-have for this position. If you have experience in pool service, irrigation, lawn care, pest control, HVAC, alarm/security monitoring, or another route-based trade with technician leadership and P&L ownership, even better. Since this person leads our field teams and represents our company to our customers every day, it is equally as critical for like-mindedness and being equally yoked with the owners’ Kingdom Perspective for the company (BaaM – Business as a Ministry).Fountain Freedom serves anyone who wants beautiful, healthy water without owning the headache of it, such as Homeowners Associations, commercial properties, municipalities, private land owners and real estate developers. If you have experience caring for these types of customers – or want that experience – this role is a great fit.For the last 5 years, we have operated on the EOS/Traction philosophy, framework and tools. EOS cadence is set, the team is in place. We all work together, striving to be the engine that empowers the entire lake management industry for the next generation of environmental stewards. Our team is the rising tide – lifting teammates, customers and the industry as a whole. We are stewards that impact and sustain our mission. You will love it here and be a great fit into our unique culture if you exemplify these CORE VALUES that we commit to:Helpful: If you know the best way to do something, you’ll do excellent work. If you share that knowledge with others, you’ll become a leader out of a heart of giving.Hungry: We want you to find your comfort zone. And then seek to challenge the heck out of it, over and over. Complacency kills. Creativity is found in hunger.Happy: Happy, motivated, and positive people are life-giving. A positive attitude is good for you, for the team, and for our customers. We look for this.Humble: While there’s always a time and place to celebrate individual accomplishments, no single person is greater than the team.Honest: Honesty is your willingness to communicate what you’re thinking or feeling, even when it’s uncomfortable or unpopular. Trust – the glue of relationships – is solidified with honesty.Healthy: Healthy isn’t just about green smoothies and gym sessions. Healthy identities, relationships and responses to God, others and ourselves is a cornerstone to success and thriving.
