Our partners and team actively support companies as advisors and board members to drive operational excellence and long-term value.The RoleWe are looking for a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our Dubai office. This is a hands-on role focused on building clear overviews of the family office and portfolio, collecting and organizing documents from portfolio companies, maintaining high-quality datarooms, and running AI-supported due diligence to monitor performance across departments.The position offers strong learning opportunities across finance, operations, and portfolio management in a small, active family office environment. It is well suited for someone early in their career who wants practical exposure to how a family office works with its investments.Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, structured overviews of the family office and its portfolio companies
• Collect, organize, and maintain complete documentation from all portfolio companies
• Build and maintain high-quality virtual datarooms for the portfolio
• Run and manage our AI due diligence system to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas
• Monitor operational and financial performance across departments (finance, operations, commercial, compliance, etc.)
• Prepare concise summaries and flag issues or missing information for the investment team
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reportingWhat We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in family offices, private investments, or portfolio operations
• Comfortable working with documents, data, and AI tools
• Good written communication in English (ability to produce clear summaries and overviews)
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Based in Dubai and willing to work on-site in the officeExperience in finance, operations, consulting, or a related field is a plus. We value ownership and the ability to structure information clearly.What We Offer
