Postnatal Care Team Lead

Health Express is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE. Our Mother & Baby Care service supports new parents at home with trained caregivers on 8, 12 and 24-hour shifts. Demand is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on supervisor to lead our Dubai caregiver team.Reports to: Growth ManagerWhat you’ll doLead, support and manage the Dubai Mother & Baby caregiver team day to dayBuild and manage shift schedules so every client is covered on timeBe the main point of contact for client concerns: resolve issues quickly and keep families happyStep in personally to cover a shift when a caregiver is unavailable (sick leave, emergencies, last-minute changes)Recruit, interview, train, and onboard new caregivers, and keep a pipeline of ready candidatesEnsure caregivers follow our care standards, visit logs and reportingCoordinate with sales, operations and transport on new bookings and start datesClient retention & satisfactionOwn client satisfaction and retention for all Dubai Mother & Baby clientsCheck in with families regularly to make sure they’re happy with their care and caregiverSpot early signs of dissatisfaction and act before a client cancelsEncourage renewals and plan extensions, and support upgrades to longer or more flexible plansCollect client feedback and use it to improve the service and the teamReportingSend clear, accurate daily updates on active clients, shift coverage, caregiver availability and any issuesPrepare weekly reports on team performance, client feedback, satisfaction, new starts, renewals and cancellationsKeep schedules, client records and caregiver files up to date in our systemsFlag risks early (coverage gaps, client complaints, staffing needs) with a proposed solutionWhat we’re looking forHands-on experience in newborn, postnatal or mother-and-baby care (essential)Medical background preferred (nursing, midwifery or a related field)Experience supervising or leading a caregiver or nursing teamA client-first mindset, with a track record of keeping clients happy and loyalReliable, organised and calm under pressure: someone the team and families can count onWilling and able to cover shifts yourself when needed is a plusClear, structured reporting and strong attention to detailStrong English communication skillsComfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic digital toolsBased in Dubai, with flexible availability when the schedule requires itWhy join usLead a growing service line from an early stageReal ownership of your team, schedule and client relationshipsA supportive management team that moves fast
