Power BI Lead

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, semantic models, and reusable datasets.Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using advanced DAX and Power Query (M).Implement enterprise BI governance, RLS/OLS, workspace management, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD.Integrate Power BI with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Server, and other data sources.Optimize data models, DAX calculations, refresh processes, and report performance.Mentor BI developers and collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership.Drive self-service analytics adoption and explore Microsoft Fabric and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.✅ Mandatory Skills7–8 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Reporting.4–5+ years of strong hands-on Power BI development experience.Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data visualization.Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and semantic models.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure data ecosystem.Experience with enterprise BI governance, performance tuning, and technical leadership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
