This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you plan, manage, and monitor power systems across the site, working closely with production and technical teams to ensure uninterrupted delivery.What You'll Do

• Plan and manage temporary power distribution systems across events
• Coordinate generators, cabling, and load balancing to ensure efficient supply
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical regulations
• Work closely with technical and production teams to meet project requirements
• Monitor power usage and ensure system efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues in real time
• Oversee setup, testing, and breakdown of power infrastructure on-site
• Maintain accurate documentation and power plansAbout You ✔ Strong experience in event power systems and temporary power distribution ✔ Technically skilled, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure ✔ Safety-focused, with a clear understanding of HSE and compliance requirements ✔ A confident problem-solver, able to respond quickly under pressure ✔ Highly organised and able to manage complex technical setups ✔ Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environmentsWhat You Need to Apply ✅ Electrical or technical background (qualification or equivalent experience) ✅ Proven experience managing power systems for large-scale events or sites ✅ Strong understanding of temporary power, generators, and load distribution ✅ Knowledge of health and safety standards in live environments ✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) ✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocationYour Application Will Stand Out If You ⭐ Experience working on large-scale events, festivals, or complex builds ⭐ Strong network of power suppliers and technical vendors ⭐ Experience managing high-pressure live environments ⭐ Arabic language skills
