We deliver cybersecurity, AI/IoT, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), API Management, Human Risk Management, and SaaS solutions to enterprises, oil and gas companies, banks, telecom operators, and government entities across Iraq.The RoleWe're looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to work directly with our founder on live opportunities, from the first customer conversation through to a winning proposal.What you'll doGather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign solution architectures and prepare technical proposalsDeliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-conceptsSupport RFP and tender responsesWork with vendor partners to shape the right offering for each dealAttend vendors trainings to be certified in the products they have in their portfolios.What we're looking for3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing roleSolid technical grounding in networking, cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, or software developmentStrong communication skills in Arabic and English, written and spokenAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiencesSelf-driven and comfortable working independentlyBased in Baghdad (flexible to travel between provinces inside Iraq and abroad)CompensationThis is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You'll earn a percentage (%) commission on the net profit margin of every deal you contribute to, with terms agreed in writing.
