Proudly “Made in the USA,” the company offers applicants the opportunity to join a stable, growing organization focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Press Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at PAK Solutions LLC’s manufacturing facility in Lancaster, NH. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring printing presses to produce flexible packaging products that meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include adjusting machine settings, loading and unloading materials, inspecting printed output, performing basic maintenance, and identifying and resolving operational issues. The Press Operator will work closely with production and quality teams to meet production schedules, minimize downtime, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role may require standing for extended periods, handling materials, and working shifts as needed to support manufacturing operations.Qualifications Ability to operate and monitor production and printing machinery, with demonstrated skills in Machine Operation.Experience in Printing processes and Pre-press activities, including preparing materials, plates, and setups for efficient press runs.Strong Quality Control focus, including inspecting products, measuring against specifications, and documenting results.Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical or process issues quickly and safely.Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools for minor adjustments and maintenance.Commitment to workplace safety, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Ability to read and interpret work orders, production specs, and basic technical instructions.Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
