Principal Consultant We’re growing our tech recruitment team and looking for a Principal Consultant who wants real ownership of their desk and a direct hand in building the business.You’ll work with some of the most exciting names in Crypto, AI and Tech, from exchanges and blockchain protocols to frontier AI labs, with the autonomy to build your own client base and the backing of a company where your results are seen and rewarded.What You’ll DoWork closely with the Director and the Head of Crypto to shape desk strategy, set targets, and drive growth.Operate as a 360 or 180 recruiter: managing the full cycle from business development through to placement or focusing on the candidate side while supporting client delivery.Build and manage your own client portfolio across crypto, AI and tech, while growing existing accounts.Lead candidate and contractor mapping across key hubs, including the US, MENA, and Europe.Advise clients on international hiring, including contractor and employer-of-record options.Drive business development, negotiations, and account growth, including expansion into new markets.Partner with C-suite.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Proven experience recruiting in crypto, AI, or tech with more than 3+ years of experienceExperience working on a 360 or 180 desk.A strong track record of billings.A track record of growing client relationships and delivering measurable results.Ability to win and develop accounts from a standing start or the ability to fill roles from day oneWhy Join UsJoin a high-growth company early in its journey, where your efforts have an immediate impact.Work directly with senior leadership, with visibility and influence from day one.Fast-track your career with leadership opportunities and autonomy over strategy and direction.Attractive commission scheme and incentives.
