Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai (Jebel Ali-Free zone), United Arab Emirates for a Procurement Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator in FMCG. · The role requires consistent follow-up, attention to detail and accurate report keeping along with proactive communication to maintain efficient supply chain.· The coordinator will track shipments, manage documentation for Imports and exports and must have thorough knowledge of all the documents required.· The role requires a lot of coordination with the suppliers, distributors and logistics providers to ensure smooth, efficient, cost effective and timely operations.· Responsibilities also include analysing purchasing and logistics data, optimizing costs, resolving delivery issues, and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Qualifications· Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including experience with Purchase Orders and vendor management.· Solid analytical skills to review data, monitor inventory, and optimize procurement and logistics processes.· Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.· Experience in FMCG with knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations in international and or GCC markets.· Proficiency in MS Office, advance excel (vlook up & Pivot table) and ERP or procurement systems.· Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.· Ability to work on-site in Dubai (Jebel Ali Free zone), United Arab Emirates, and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
