Hiring | Procurement Executive | Construction Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: ConstructionSalary: AED 9,000Job SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, tools, and other project related supplies as per project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Request and compare quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and company procurement procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Verify material specifications, quantities, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, supplier agreements, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Resolve procurement related issues, including delivery delays, material discrepancies, and supplier performance concerns.Requirements
• Relevant experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, building materials, MEP supplies, and related procurement processes.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, quotation comparisons, supplier evaluation, and inventory coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience with ERP or procurement software.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requests and meet project deadlines.
