Procurement Manage

Role Description The Procurement Manager role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role is responsible for managing purchasing activities for spa and wellness operations, including sourcing products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining cost-effective supply chains. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating suppliers, preparing and processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Manager collaborates closely with operations, finance, and spa management to align procurement strategies with service standards and budget requirements. This role also involves continuous process improvement, compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining accurate procurement records.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Purchasing and Procurement, with experience managing end-to-end buying processes.Strong capabilities in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation to maintain reliable, high-quality vendor relationships.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, including securing favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or luxury service environments is highly beneficial.Solid analytical and cost-control skills, with the ability to work within defined budgets and timelines.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
