Procurement Manager

Role Description The Procurement Manager at LLC FLEXORES will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services for the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lviv and involves managing supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align purchasing needs with business goals. The role includes preparing and issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing procurement processes to support operational efficiency. The Procurement Manager will also lead contract negotiations, manage contract lifecycles, track key procurement metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Qualificationsidentifying and establishing cooperation with new suppliers;market and price analysis;monitoring new developments in the raw materials market;placing orders and managing inventory levels;translating technical, business, and product-related documentation;coordinating with logistics specialists and customs brokers;ensuring purchased raw materials meet quality requirements; conducting negotiations regarding technical matters.
