By collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, we ensure seamless sourcing, order fulfilment, and service excellence while supporting the continued growth of the business.Your RoleAs a Procurement Officer, you willHandle customer and Sales Team enquiries and provide timely responses.Source products locally and internationally and obtain competitive supplier quotations.Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up on quotation status.Maintain enquiry, quotation, and supplier sourcing history for future reference.Process confirmed customer POs and coordinate with suppliers for order fulfilment.Maintain proper PO and order status records.Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for collections and customer deliveries.Prepare Delivery Notes and maintain required documentation.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.What We’re Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Procurement, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory.Experience in procurement, purchasing, commercial coordination, sales support, or customer service.Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and trading market.Experience dealing with local suppliers is essential.International sourcing experience will be an advantage.Experience in industrial products, construction materials, MEP supplies, hardware, tools, or general trading is preferred.Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Good knowledge of procurement and commercial processes.Good understanding of the UAE supplier market.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.Key Performance ExpectationsTimely handling of enquiries and quotations.Effective supplier sourcing and competitive pricing.Accurate and timely PO processing.Smooth coordination of collections and deliveries.Proper commercial and order documentation.Effective coordination with customers, suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to drive procurement excellence and build strong supplier partnerships?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Building and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Please note we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as this advert may close once we’ve found the right candidate.
