Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations within the Grains & Green Fodder Department.Assist in supplier communication and follow-up activities.Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.Maintain and update records and department databases.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.Analyze data and prepare summaries using Microsoft Excel.Assist in market research and price comparisons.Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program.Good command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good negotiation and coordination skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.Preferred Skills:Data analysis and reporting.Time management and organizational skills.Problem-solving ability.Professional attitude and willingness to take initiative.
