Procurement Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement cycle from RFQ, quotation evaluation and negotiation through PO issuance and delivery follow-up.Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.Process and monitor Purchase Orders using Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion.Prepare commercial comparisons covering price, delivery, payment terms, warranty, and compliance.Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers.Procure IT products and services including hardware, software, licensing, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.CIPP certification is required.3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within the IT/System Integration sector.Good knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Procurement.Strong technical understanding of IT products, specifications, BOMs, licensing, and services.Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and communication skills.Conduct commercial comparisons covering price, lead time, payment terms, warranty, delivery, and compliance.Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, shipment, delivery, invoicing, and discrepancies.Monitor open and pending POs until delivery and closure.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Documentation and reportingContractual and commercial awarenessAttention to detailAbility to manage multiple purchasing requests simultaneouslyCandidate: should had CIPP, Oracle ERP/Fusion, technical IT background, and procurement experience.
