In this role, you will lead the delivery of a complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream technology programme, ensuring successful execution across multiple systems, stakeholders, and business entities. You will be accountable for programme governance, delivery coordination, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, driving the programme forward as a single integrated initiative rather than a collection of individual projects.What you will be doingOwn and manage the integrated programme plan, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholdersDefine, monitor, and manage programme milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery timelinesEstablish and lead programme governance structures, including steering committees, programme reporting, RAID management, and decision trackingCoordinate and align Project Managers across multiple workstreams to ensure a unified programme roadmap and delivery approachManage programme scope, change requests, and cross-workstream impacts while safeguarding overall programme objectivesAct as the primary escalation point for programme-level risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challengesManage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, deliverables, and agreed milestonesCollaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Test Managers, Architects, and other key stakeholders to drive programme successCoordinate release planning, implementation activities, cutover strategies, and go-live readiness across all workstreamsMonitor programme budgets, resource allocation, delivery performance, and benefit realizationProvide transparent and data-driven programme status reporting to senior management and executive stakeholdersFacilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment throughout the programme lifecycleEnsure effective communication, governance, and collaboration across all participating teams and organizationsDrive continuous improvement and best practices in programme delivery, governance, and risk managementWhat will you bringSignificant experience managing large-scale technology, transformation, or enterprise programmesProven experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders within a complex delivery environmentStrong understanding of programme governance, portfolio management, risk management, and change control processesExperience managing programme budgets, schedules, dependencies, and executive reportingDemonstrated ability to lead Project Managers and coordinate cross-functional delivery teamsExperience working within multi-vendor environments and managing third-party delivery partnersStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives, business leaders, and technical teamsNice to HaveExperience within banking, financial services, payments, digital banking, or regulated industriesProfessional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFeExperience managing digital transformation, core banking, payments, mobile banking, fraud management, or compliance-related programmesFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, testing management, and release management methodologiesExperience leading cross-border or multi-entity transformation programmesKnowledge of vendor contract management, procurement processes, and commercial governanceHow We Support Your GrowthLunch Is On Us: Monthly allowance for your favorite meals.Health First: Private health & life insurance for peace of mind.Set Up For Success: The right tools to stay connected and perform your best.Curiosity Never Retires: Access to Udemy for unlimited learning.Career Rocket Fuel: Coaching and mentorship programs tailored to your goals.Work With The Best: Collaborate with industry-leading clients.Celebrate Diversity: Be part of a team that values every perspective.Performance Pays Off: Annual discretionary bonus based on yearly contributions.Social Responsibility: Give back through volunteering and sustainability.Excited to Make an Impact?
