The individual in this role will help plan, design, and implement technical solutions that support commercial service contractors using ServiceTrade’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting system integration and configuration activities. The engineer will review project timelines, monitor progress, assist in troubleshooting issues, and help ensure that solutions meet performance, quality, and safety standards. This role also involves continuous improvement of engineering processes and contributing technical insights to support product and service enhancements.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project engineering or senior engineering roles, including planning, design, and implementation of technical solutions.Strong skills in requirements analysis, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication to support successful project delivery.Familiarity with digital platforms, software or systems integration, and basic understanding of cloud-based or SaaS solutions.Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, manage priorities independently, and adapt to changing project needs.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced qualifications or professional certifications are a plus.Experience working with commercial service contractors, field service operations, or related industries is beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an asset.
