Project Coordination Engineer - Hiring UAE National

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Project Coordination Engineer with a mechanical engineering background and experience in project coordination, tendering, technical office activities, and project documentation.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams across mechanical/MEP projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate mechanical project activities from tendering through execution.Review and understand:Mechanical drawingsP&IDsEquipment schedulesTechnical specificationsBOQsTender and RFQ documentsPrepare and coordinate:Technical submittalsMaterial submittalsCompliance statementsDeviation sheetsTechnical proposalsMethod statementsProject documentationCoordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project execution teams.Follow up on technical approvals, submissions, comments, and project requirements.Support tendering, estimation, and technical proposal preparation.Maintain project documentation, trackers, and submission records.Assist with technical clarifications and coordination during project execution.Support preparation and updating of mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.2–3 years of experience in mechanical projects, tendering, technical office, or project coordination.Experience in MEP, HVAC, piping, water treatment, cooling systems, or data center projects is highly preferred.Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, P&IDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.Hands-on experience preparing technical and material submittals.Good knowledge of AutoCAD.Familiarity with Revit / BIM will be an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple project requirements and deadlines.Key SkillsProject Coordination, Mechanical Engineering, MEP, HVAC, Piping, Water Treatment, Cooling Systems, Data Centers, Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, Technical Proposals, Compliance Statements, Deviation Sheets, Method Statements, BOQ, RFQ, Tendering, P&ID, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Project Documentation, Consultant Coordination, Contractor Coordination
