Companies get a senior design team on demand – ads, social media, presentations and landing pages – delivered within 3 working days.We’re growing and looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep every project organised and on time.What you’ll doReceive client requests and set them up as tasksTrack deadlines and remind the team when something is dueKeep clients updated on the status of their projectsMaintain our project boards and client recordsPrepare simple weekly reportsYou’ll fit if youAre organised and pay attention to detailsCommunicate clearly in English, both written and spokenAre comfortable with online tools (Slack, Trello, Notion or similar – we’ll show you how we use them)Like working independently in a remote teamNo design skills needed.
