Healthcare Project Coordinator/PMO SpecialistRiyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-siteAbout the RolePE Global is partnering with a leading international healthcare group to recruit a Healthcare Project Coordinator/PMO Specialist to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.This is an opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level professional with experience in healthcare project management, project coordination or PMO functions to contribute to the group's international expansion, including the establishment of new clinic facilities in Riyadh.Working closely with internal departments, local teams and external stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, track deliverables and ensure key tasks are completed. The role combines hands-on project coordination with operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and helping projects progress from planning through to implementation.Previous experience within the healthcare sector is essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who have supported healthcare projects, hospital or clinic openings, healthcare facility development, or operational improvement initiatives.The position is based on-site in Riyadh, with international travel to the UAE and other locations required as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate healthcare projects and multiple workstreams, ensuring activities progress according to agreed plans and timelines.Monitor project schedules, maintain action trackers and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Liaise with internal departments, healthcare teams, external partners and service providers to support effective project delivery.Support the establishment and operational readiness of new clinics and healthcare facilities.Coordinate administrative and operational requirements, including documentation, contracts, banking arrangements and other project-related activities.Identify outstanding actions, address coordination issues and escalate delays or risks to the relevant stakeholders.Support project implementation, operational handovers and collaboration between central teams and local operations.Prepare project updates, maintain documentation and provide progress reports to support effective decision-making.Assist with additional project and operational activities as required to support the organisation's expansion plans.Candidate Requirements3–4 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare project management, project coordination or a PMO function.Mandatory healthcare sector experience, gained within a hospital group, clinic network, healthcare provider or healthcare services organisation.Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, managing action plans and following up with multiple stakeholders.Exposure to healthcare facility development, new clinic openings, hospital operations or healthcare transformation projects would be advantageous.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.Fluency in both Arabic and English.French language skills would be an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally, including to the UAE, when required.What's on Offer?The opportunity to contribute to the expansion of an international healthcare group.Direct involvement in healthcare projects, including the establishment of new clinic facilities.Exposure to cross-functional project delivery, healthcare operations and international development.A hands-on role offering the opportunity to develop your project management experience within a growing organisation.How to ApplyIf you have 3–4 years of experience in healthcare project coordination, PMO or project management, and are interested in supporting the development of new healthcare facilities in Riyadh, we would welcome your application.
