Project Manager – Architecture

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management.Strong experience in architectural and building design projects.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.Strong knowledge of design management, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.Strong experience managing the Authority Approval process and coordinating with governmental authorities.Proven project experience in GCC / Gulf countries is preferred.Good understanding of GCC building regulations, codes, permitting, and approval requirements.Strong client, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage projects from concept design through detailed design, tender, and delivery.PMP certification is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
