OPXO Solutions provides business technology solutions directly to clients, and the group aims to complement its operating businesses with selective investments in technology startups and established companies.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery across OPXO’s business units, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for technology and digital product initiatives. Responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing external vendors and expeditors, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement, support inspection and quality control activities, and ensure logistics and deliverables are executed on time and to required standards.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading technology or digital product projects.Experience coordinating Expeditor activities and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality assurance practices to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.Competence in Logistics Management to plan, track, and optimize the movement of resources, equipment, and deliverables.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, or similar) and strong documentation and reporting skills.Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in technology, digital products, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are beneficial.
