Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, with a strong background in villa master plan developments within a real estate developer environment.The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale residential developments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee villa master plan developments from planning and design through construction and handover.Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project execution.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Drive timely project delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager within a real estate developer or property development company.Direct experience in villa master plan developments is required.Strong knowledge of residential development, construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder management.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.UAE development experience is highly preferred.If you have the expertise to lead residential developments from concept to completion and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
