The studio manages projects end-to-end, from concept development and space planning through to turnkey execution, handled by one dedicated team. By thoughtfully integrating Vastu principles with contemporary design, Northpoint creates environments that feel harmonious, work efficiently, and meaningfully support the people who use them.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee interior design and build projects from initiation to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients; planning and tracking schedules; and managing procurement, expediting, and logistics for materials and services. The role involves monitoring site progress, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements, and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to process improvements across the studio’s operations.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.Knowledge of logistics management, including coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and vendor management.Background in inspection activities, quality control, and site supervision for interior or construction projects.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field.Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial interior projects from concept to completion.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in project management and documentation tools.Familiarity with Vastu or other spatial planning principles is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
