Project Manager (Immediately Available) – Luxury Villa Fit-Out Projects, DubaiWe are currently working with a well-established fit-out contractor in Dubai who are looking to appoint an experienced Immediately available, Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end villa fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of luxury villa fit-out projects.Oversee site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes, budgets and quality standards.Coordinate closely with design, technical and procurement teams.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.Manage client relationships and provide regular progress updates.Ensure all works comply with relevant HSE requirements and project specifications.Oversee snagging, handover and final project close-out.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the UAE fit-out industry.Strong experience delivering high-end residential and luxury villa projects.Previous experience working for an established fit-out contractor.Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination and site execution.Excellent project planning, commercial and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple trades and drive projects through to successful completion.Currently based in the UAE and immediately available.
