Amali Properties is a luxury real estate developer co-founded by Mr. Ali Sajwani and Ms. Amira Sajwani, redefining modern luxury living through bespoke architecture, visionary design, and exceptional craftsmanship.With a growing portfolio of ultra-luxury developments across the UAE, Amali is shaping the future of refined living through distinctive, design-led spaces that blend privacy, sophistication, and innovation.About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead the on-ground execution of our ultra-luxury developments ensuring precision, quality, and excellence at every stage of delivery.Manage full-scale project delivery, monitoring progress, cost, quality, and safety performance from mobilization to handover.Drive coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues swiftly and maintain project momentum.Conduct regular site inspections and technical reviews to ensure adherence to approved design specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.Oversee project reporting, risk management, and change control processes, ensuring transparency, control, and alignment with business objectives.Ensure full compliance with HSE, sustainability, and regulatory requirements across all project stages.Lead construction sequencing, resourcing, and progress tracking, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to safeguard design integrity.Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual documentation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare executive-level project progress reports highlighting key risks, challenges, and delivery performance metrics.Experience & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.8–12 years of experience managing high-end residential or mixed-use construction and delivery projects in the UAE.Proven track record of delivering luxury villas, mansions, or large-scale developments from construction through to completion.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, and finishing standards.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD; PMP certification is an advantage.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a passion for precision and quality.If you believe you have what it takes to redefine luxury living and leave a lasting mark through exceptional design, please click apply and join us in shaping the next generation of ultra-luxury architecture.
