Project Manager - Professional Kitchen

About Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – Professional Kitchen, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that commercial kitchen projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. This position requires a strong combination of project management, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills to successfully lead the team and coordinate all aspects of the project. Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for commercial kitchen installations or renovations.
• Coordinate all phases of the project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize kitchen designs and layout.
• Reviewing kitchen layouts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), ventilation systems, and custom fabrication drawings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
• Address client concerns or modifications in project scope, adjusting plans and timelines accordingly.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders involved in the project.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project remains within the allocated financial limits.
• Identify potential risks, such as delays, cost overruns, or safety hazards, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including meeting minutes, change orders, and scope modifications.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management or clients, detailing progress, costs, and any adjustments. Job Description

• Strong project management skills with experience in commercial kitchen & MEP design and installation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, appliances, and systems used in the commercial kitchen industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of food service authority rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• SS (Stainless Steel) custom fabrication proven experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in engineering and 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role for kitchen contracting companies. Benefits
