The successful candidate will be employed by the client and based in Jeddah.Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will lead real estate development projects from planning and design through construction and handover. The role involves managing project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure delivery within the approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Monitor construction progress and address issues affecting project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, approved designs, and applicable requirements.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor performance, construction quality, and site safety.
• Prepare progress reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate project handover and the closure of outstanding works.
• Use digital engineering and AI tools to improve efficiency and support decision-making.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Professional classification at Consultant level from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• At least 18 years of documented experience in real estate development, including a minimum of 8 years as a Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and construction best practices.
• Full proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and support faster decision-making.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
